** We’re looking for caring, energetic team members to help create a safe and engaging space for teens after school. The Youth Center offers a place to hang out, play games, use the computer lab, join programs, and build connections.

* Schedule:

* ** Tuesdays from 3:00 PM–8:00 PM & Saturdays from 3 PM - 9 PM**
* ** Summer & school vacation weeks include extended hours**
* ** Flexible scheduling available (2–3 days per week)**### What You’ll Do
* Support and supervise youth in a fun, welcoming environment.
* Build positive relationships and encourage skill-building.
* Model leadership, communication, and respectful behavior.### What You Bring
* Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
* Experience working with youth in recreation, camp, or group settings.

* ** Must be 21+ years of age**
* ** High school diploma or equivalent required;
** some college or a degree related to youth development preferred
* Experience working with teens or youth programs
* Strong judgment and ability to respond appropriately to teen behaviors
* Works well with teens and fosters a positive, supportive environment
