Engineering Equipment Manager

Sirius Staffing is hiring an Equipment Engineer Manager for a facility in B everly, MA. In this role, you will focus on optimizing performance and ensuring high reliability of all equipment through continuous improvement strategies and team leadership.

$150 K ( $72 /hr)

On-site 100% with a schedule of Mon-Fri, 8-hour days (flexible schedule between 7:30-5:00 )

As an Engineering Equipment Manager in the Semiconductor dept., you will be responsible for leading the design, development, i nstallation, and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of equipment engineers and technicians.
• Drive equipment reliability and efficiency through structured process improvement initiatives.
• Manage equipment-related projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and maintain accurate documentation on equipment performance and maintenance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field;
  Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5-10 years of experience in equipment management, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven leadership and project management experience.
• Familiarity with cleanroom environments, SPC, and diagnostic tools.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and various OS platforms.
• Relevant certifications and/or military experience in electronics or engineering fields are a plus
