• As a Nail Technician at The Beverly Hills Hotel, your compensation will be $22.50 per hour.

• Perform nail care on guests based on their requests, including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, paraffin, polish changes, gel nails and any other specialty treatments related to nails.
• Complete and sign the State Board cleaning log at the end of every shift; assist the Spa reception by escorting guests to the appropriate locker rooms and providing an orientation of the area and amenities, including selling retail items; respond to all guest requests in a timely, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort during their day.
• Provide excellent service to all guests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, keep them informed of the treatment process, and proactively promote other spa treatment offerings and retail products; utilize the Spa Software programs to retrieve and monitor the appointment schedule and update important guest information.
• Maintain awareness of own schedule and guest arrival times, inform Front Desk of your whereabouts at all times when on shift; practice and follow all State Board policies and procedures, including all sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Arrive at work 20 minutes before first treatment time, well rested and alert; begin and end treatments on time;
  May be required to stay beyond work schedule to accommodate guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and professional treatment and prep room; retrieve, prepare and restock linens and supplies; communicate with Management regarding supplies or repairs needed; leave the treatment room in perfect condition including replacing linens on tables in accordance with Spa’s visual standards list.
• Report any imperfections or blemishes that arise and work with other positions to correct them.
• Communicate with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment remains.

• English is the primary language used in our hotel; you can comfortably communicate in this language.
