Mental Health Therapist - Beverly

Transformations Care Network (TCN) invites applications for a Mental Health Therapist position in Beverly, MA. The role is based at Northeast Health Services, a member of TCN that aims to improve access to mental health care in our communities.

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength‑based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on each client’s unique needs.
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse‑prevention plans, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to provide holistic care.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation, if required.
• Professional licensing or education leading to licensing.
• Passion for mental health and commitment to high‑quality care.
• Dedication to ongoing professional development, including supervision and continuing education.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Effective time‑management and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
