Transformations Care Network (TCN) invites applications for a Mental Health Therapist position in Beverly, MA. The role is based at Northeast Health Services, a member of TCN that aims to improve access to mental health care in our communities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct culturally sensitive, strength‑based assessments for new clients and families.
- Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on each client’s unique needs.
- Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse‑prevention plans, and wellness plans.
- Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
- Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to provide holistic care.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
- Provisional license per state regulation, if required.
- Professional licensing or education leading to licensing.
- Passion for mental health and commitment to high‑quality care.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development, including supervision and continuing education.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Effective time‑management and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
