Key Responsibilities- Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
- Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy, fostering a path to healing and resilience.
- Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to empower clients in their mental health journey.
- Participate actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
- Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and individualized treatment plans, upholding the highest professional standards.
- Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic approach to mental health care.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required).
- Educational background leading to professional licensing.

Compensation: Northeast Health Services is committed to fair compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $42.50 – $47.50 per billable unit, with actual compensation varying based on licensure, experience, and market-driven enhancements.
