Position Overview
This is a Charge Nurse position with charge pay applicable . The RN must have prior Charge Nurse experience and be willing to take regular patient assignments as needed . Candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, clinical competence, and flexibility.
Submission & Compliance Requirements
- BILH cover sheet required at time of submission
- Active MA RN license required at submission
- Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department experience
- Prior Charge Nurse experience required
- Must not have worked for BILH (perm, per diem, or contract) within the last 6 months
Certifications Required
- BLS
- ACLS
- TNCC
- PALS or ENPC (PALS preferred; ENPC accepted as equivalent)
Floating & Coverage Expectations
- Must be open to floating to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed
