Family Counseling Associates of Massachusetts, part of Optum Behavioral Care, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services to individuals and families. This role focuses on assessing, treating, and monitoring a variety of mental health and substance use conditions using evidence-based therapies within a collaborative, patient-centered care environment.
Position Highlights- Conduct mental health and substance use assessments
- Provide individual and family psychotherapy services
- Utilize evidence-based treatments, including CBT and DBT
- Track treatment progress and monitor clinical outcomes
- Maintain EMR documentation and support patient outreach initiatives
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Active, unrestricted Massachusetts LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license
- Experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health treatment
- Strong documentation, communication, and collaborative care skills
