Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, adults, and families across Massachusetts. Our team takes acollaborative, interdisciplinary approach to help individuals reach their fullest potential. • Center based and remote opportunity depending on location
• Small caseloads – less than 10 clients
• Weekly peer review – collaborate with other BCBAs
• Monthly interdisciplinary collaboration sessions – work closely with other professionals
• ACE provider for monthly CEUs – stay up-to-date on your certifications
• Access to Relias Training – continued learning at your fingertips

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments(FBAs)
• Develop and implement
  
  Behavior Intervention Plans
• Create individualized treatment plansto help learners grow
• Provide training and supportto caregivers and staff
• Work inhome, community, and clinical settings

• LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analysis)
• Master’s Degree / Certification in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
• Passion for helping individuals thrive
