As Housekeeping Manager, you will manage daily housekeeping operations to support outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your responsibilities include the following tasks:

• Maintain cleanliness, service, and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
• Ensure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage daily system use, cost controls, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, policy implementation, and facilitation of meetings.
• Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance, including supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Oversee and conduct room inspections.
• Recruit, interview, and train team members.
