As a Mini Bar Attendant at The Beverly Hills Hotel, your compensation will be $28.22 per hour.

What you’ll do

A day in the life of our Mini Bar Attendants…it demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all of the tasks that our Mini Bar Attendants accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know.

Guest Service, Experience and Standards
  • Ensure every guest enjoys a fully stocked, clean, and accurately presented minibar throughout their stay.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for minibar items, special amenities, or replenishments.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion while entering occupied rooms.
  • Uphold all hotel brand standards for minibar presentation, cleanliness, and replenishment timing.
  • Ensure all products are displayed attractively, labels forward, and arranged per departmental guidelines.
  • Maintain personal appearance and grooming in full compliance with uniform standards.
Inventory Management, Financial Accuracy and Controls
  • Conduct daily minibar checks according to assigned floors or sections.
  • Accurately restock products, ensuring correct placement, expiration rotation, and brand standards.
  • Record consumption precisely using the hotel’s operating system.
  • Note any discrepancies, missing items, or equipment issues and report them immediately.
  • Ensure all postings for consumed items are entered accurately and in real time.
  • Verify par levels and maintain sufficient stock in storage rooms and carts.
  • Follow all inventory control procedures to minimize loss, waste, or incorrect charges.
  • Assist with month‑end or weekly inventory counts as required.
Operational Excellence, Communication and Collaboration
  • Maintain a clean, organized minibar cart at all times—including sanitation of bins, trays, and tools.
  • Check refrigerator units to ensure they are functioning properly and set to correct temperature.
  • Report maintenance issues, missing equipment, or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel safety, sanitation, food handling, and seasonal product changes.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by leadership.

To ensure consistency, our Mini Bar Attendants are provided with specifics on how we care for their department and our hotel.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity, and must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
