Qualifications- At least 2 years of litigation experience with a specific interest in real estate matters
- Sharp writing and research skills
- Strong understanding of probate and real estate law
- Ability to collaborate with clients on completing tasks with deadlines
- Experience providing courtroom coverage and litigation representation
- Detail‑oriented, confident attorney able to step in quickly to represent clients
- Committed to practicing on the North Shore
- Manage a range of real‑estate related litigation, including Land Court, Housing Court, Municipal Zoning, Land Use, Commercial and Residential Leasing, and Closings
- Provide courtroom coverage and represent clients in relevant proceedings
- Collaborate with clients, co‑lawyers, and staff to complete tasks within deadlines
