You will work with the Processing Supervisor in the oversight of the Processing Team. Your efforts will help deliver an exceptional customer experience to our partner communities. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your personal skills and operations expertise while striving for departmental efficiencies. Each day, you’ll work with the Operations Team and other departments to optimize service delivery and ensure the highest quality of service.
You’ll help provide feedback on technology deployments ensuring that the voice of your team is kept in the forethought as advancements are made. You will have a hands-on approach to problem solving enabling easier training of the Processing Team. You’ll be an added voice with the assessment of the Processing Team talent, providing insight to performance appraisals, and the delivery of service levels.
- Be a self-starter, have the capacity to work independently with limited supervision.
- Have the understanding that each customer interaction provides reinforcement of our existing customer relationship and are the foundation for future opportunities.
- Work with the Processing Supervisor on the documentation, implementation, quality control, training, and continued compliance with all of our programs for the processing of events.
- Ability to review the outstanding workload (events to processed) and assist in keeping the schedule needed to keep Sensys Gatso in compliance with the mailing of citations.
- Provide insight on opportunities to develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency without eroding services provided to our customers.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments as needed to identify and improve our road safety programs and offerings, share the voice of your department
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- 1 or more years experience working in the Processing Team
- Skilled with the utilization of Xilium
- Proven record as a successful trainer
- Use of MS Office, advanced skills with Excel
- Hybrid with 3 or more days in the office weekly
- Capacity to handle high stress situations and manage them to a favorable outcome
