• Oversee and guide high‑end residential construction projects
• Manage a small crew, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Interpret architectural drawings and project specifications
• Ensure clean, safe, organized job sites
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
• Maintain momentum across trades and inspections
• Lead by example through workmanship, communication, and care

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience, including supervisory roles
• Proficient in carpentry from framing to finish
• Able to read architectural drawings and manage project logistics
• Familiar with MA building codes and inspection processes
• Strong communicator who brings humility, clarity, and professionalism
• Safety‑conscious and detail‑oriented
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• $35 to $45/hr, based on experience
