Continuous Improvement Manager

In this role, you will be working as a Continuous Improvement Manager for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for developing and leading the continuous improvement efforts for the company.

This positon is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site. Pay; $90,000-$120,000/Yr.

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a quality, operations or continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment
• Six Sigma, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing experience
• AS 9100 knowledge
• Develop and leave the continuous improvement efforts throughout the company
• Develop and implement training and mentor programs on concepts of continuous improvement
• Maintain reports of continuous improvment activities
• Consult and advise leadership on process and performance improvement opportunities
