Electro-Mechanical Assemblers

Join Advantage Technical and become part of a high-tech manufacturing team building advanced equipment for the semiconductor industry. We’re looking for a hands‑on, detail‑driven Electro‑Mechanical Assembler to support complex builds in a structured, cleanroom environment.

Pay: $22.00/hr base + shift differentials

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday - Friday (+10% shift differential)
• 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday - Thursday (+ 15% shift differential applies)

• Assemble motors, sensors, wiring, and other precision electromechanical components
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring schematics, and BOMs
• Use hand tools, torque drivers, and multimeters to ensure accurate builds
• Perform basic soldering, wire crimping, and harness fabrication
• Follow cleanroom protocols and electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures
• Log assembly activity in ERP and MES systems like Opcenter
• Report any discrepancies or quality issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; support 5S and lean initiatives
• Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards

• Prior experience in electro‑mechanical assembly or related manufacturing role
• Ability to read technical documents and use standard assembly/test tools
• Familiarity with cleanroom and ESD handling (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
