Exciting opportunity for a 2nd shift production supervisor to manage assembly technicians with a leading North Shore Company.
Responsibilities- Responsible for supervising employees on the 2nd shift that are involved in a variety of production and assembly functions related to capital equipment and systems, electronic, mechanical, electro‑mechanical, and/or components, sub‑assemblies, and subsystems.
- This position will begin as an assistant manager/supervisor in the Final Assembly group who are responsible for preparing and coordinating the shipment of capital equipment to customers around the globe. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
- Prioritize production schedules based on available manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements.
- Participate in operational meetings.
- Support the development and tracking of organization performance metrics.
