We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations within a precision CNC machining environment. This is a key leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.

• Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Manage and develop machinists, machine operators, team leads, and production support staff.
• Drive productivity, schedule attainment, labor efficiency, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams to solve production challenges and improve performance.
• Monitor KPIs, manufacturing metrics, and capacity planning to support business goals.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
• Support workforce development through coaching, training, cross-training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, safety standards, and company policies.

• Experience leading manufacturing operations in a CNC machining or precision manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and production management best practices.
• Proven success improving productivity, quality, throughput, and operational performance.
• Experience with ERP systems, KPI tracking, workforce development, and cross-functional leadership.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality systems preferred.
