Digital Marketing Specialist

Beverly, MA | $30-$35/Hour | Full-Time

• Manage website content, user experience, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop and support SEO strategies to increase website traffic, search visibility, and lead generation.
• Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements to boost engagement and conversions.
• Create and manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and retargeting efforts.
• Design landing pages, marketing materials, brochures, presentations, infographics, and sales collateral.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to develop technical marketing content, product literature, and customer-facing communications.
• Create and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
• Plan, produce, and edit product videos, marketing videos, and multimedia content.
• Support trade shows, webinars, and marketing events through graphics, promotional materials, and digital campaigns.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience in manufacturing, industrial, technical, automation, or B2B environments.
• Experience managing websites and CMS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, digital advertising, and content marketing.
• Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
• Video production and editing experience.
• Strong writing, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Portfolio showcasing design and content creation work preferred.
• Experience with Umbraco is a plus.
