Join Welcome Newborn as a Newborn Photographer and help families capture one of life's most meaningful moments.
For more than 20 years, Welcome Newborn has partnered with hospitals across the country to provide professional newborn photography. Every day, we create beautiful first portraits while delivering a warm, stress-free experience for new families.

Compensation:
Starting at $15.00 per hour base pay, plus 20% commission on sales and voluntary tips from appreciative families.
Average total earnings: $20-$30 per hour, with top performers earning even more.

We are looking for 2 candidates. One who can cover Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday shifts, starting at 9am and one who can cover Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday shifts, starting er availability may be considered if it meets the hospital's needs.

• Part-time, an average of 15 hours/week.
• Shifts begin at 9:00 AM.
• One weekend day required.
• Additional availability may be considered.

As a Newborn Photographer, you'll work independently in our partnered hospital, capturing precious first moments and creating an exceptional experience for every family. This role combines photography, customer service, and sales in a rewarding environment where you can make a real difference for families during one of the most memorable times in their lives.

• Photograph newborns and their families using professional equipment.
• Create a warm, friendly, and memorable experience for every family.
• Present photography packages and help families choose the option that’s right for them.
• Edit and submit images using company software.
• Process orders and payments accurately.
• Build positive relationships with hospital staff while representing Welcome Newborn professionally.
• Every day is different, but every day you’ll help create memories that families will treasure for a lifetime.

• Have a passion for photography (portrait or newborn photography experience is a plus).
• Enjoy working with newborns and their families.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Are comfortable discussing products and making recommendations that help families preserve their memories.
• Work well independently and manage your time effectively.
• Stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Are dependable, professional, and compassionate.
• Communicate confidently with families and hospital staff.

No professional photography experience? Don’t let that stop you.
