• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Massachusetts
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience and at least 1 year as a nurse supervisor/unit manager in a nursing care center, hospital, or related healthcare setting
• Oversight and direction of a clinical team on an assigned unit
• Conduct rounds with physicians, as needed
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the medical team
• Review care plans daily to confirm appropriate care delivery
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report appropriately
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to interact tactfully with personnel, residents, families, and the public
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices, regulations, and guidelines relevant to nursing care centers
• Leadership and supervisory ability, with a willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel
