Join our multidisciplinary team to support patients, families, and caregivers through the oncology journey from diagnosis to end of life care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacy, social work, and community services
- Provide phone triage for patient care and symptom management
- Manage logistics for patient continuity of care, including prescriptions and referrals
- Assist with sterile procedures such as bone marrow biopsies
- Participate in tumor boards and department committees
- 2-3 years of recent oncology nursing experience
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
- BSN preferred; OCN/ONS certification preferred (must obtain within one year if not certified)
