• Location: Beverly, MA 01915 (North Shore, Massachusetts)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (12/1/2025 – 2/28/2026)
• Healthcare Setting: Obstetrics Delivery Unit
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,700–$2,770
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7p-7:30a); every other weekend
• Hours: 36 hours per week (guaranteed 72 hours biweekly)
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse Contract
• Orientation: Biweekly orientation provided

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts RN license preferred for local candidates)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience required (3-5+ years preferred)
• Experience in the Operating Room (OR) preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) required
• Certifications:
  
  BLS (AHA), NRP, ACLS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring
• Flu vaccine required during onboarding (no declinations accepted)
• Must have a 6-month separation from BILH if previously employed as permanent staff

• Deliver comprehensive perinatal care, including prenatal assessment, intrapartum support, and postpartum care
• Assist with labor, birth, and operative deliveries; provide recovery care for mothers and newborns
• Care for maternal-newborn couplets and provide specialized support for premature or high-risk infants
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EPIC EMR
• Participate in biweekly orientation and ongoing professional development as a travel nurse
