Position: Staff RN - Full & Part Time Options

RN - Long Term Care

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate and oversee the care of residents in our long-term care facility. This role combines direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, ensuring adherence to care plans, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and coordinate both direct and indirect nursing care, ensuring accurate assessments, timely interventions, and compliance with individualized care plans and facility standards
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and on schedule, documenting all care activities, condition changes, and updates to medical and nursing plans.
  • Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), promoting regulatory compliance, safety, and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, preparing reports and ensuring all parties are informed of resident status changes
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facilities
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
