• Location: Beverly, MA 01915 (Greater Boston area)
• Healthcare Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 12/1/2025 – End: 2/28/2026)
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse Contract
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2360–$2420

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR (Electronic Medical Records) required
• Willingness to float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed
• Successful completion of onsite pass/fail test at orientation (1 attempt only)
• Successful completion of Relias testing during onboarding (2 attempts allowed)
• Candidates employed at BILH within the last 6 months are not eligible

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status and respond to rapidly changing clinical conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR system
• Float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as required for clinical support
• Participate in orientation and ongoing competency assessments
