Gentiva Hospice is seeking a PRN Hospice Registered Nurse to deliver in‑home and facility‑based care with a focus on comfort, dignity, and compassionate end‑of‑life support. You will assess, plan, and document care while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
You will educate and support patients and families, manage symptoms, and ensure timely communication of changes in condition, all within regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
