Triage RN, Family Medicine

The Triage RN in Family Medicine at Mass General Brigham provides essential support in a dynamic outpatient setting, focusing primarily on telephone triage while also conducting in-office visits. • Pay: $39 - $55/hour
• Location: Beverly, MA
• Department/Unit: Family Medicine
• Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift

• Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
• Conduct patient assessments and devise care plans.
• Assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications and perform IV therapy.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
• Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred

• Current Registered Nurse Licensure required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
