American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring an active MA RN license and prior L&D experience.

• Work in the Obstetrics Delivery unit of a hospital providing full-scope perinatal care
• Services include prenatal evaluation, intrapartum labor and birth care, intraoperative and recovery care for operative deliveries, postpartum care, and couplet dyad care for well newborns and those requiring higher-level care
• 12-hour night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend rotation required
• No floating or charge responsibilities required

• Active MA RN license in hand
• Current BLS (AHA) and NRP certifications required
• 3-5+ years of Labor & Delivery experience preferred
• Comfortability working in the OR preferred
• Flu vaccine required during onboarding with no declinations accepted
• COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions allowed

• Collaborate with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in delivering comprehensive maternal and newborn care
• Biweekly orientation provided
• Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for 6+ months (perm, per diem, or contract) to be considered
• Local candidates are not accepted and a 50-mile radius rule applies
