Mission Boathouse is seeking a Sushi Line Cook to prep, set up, and execute our sushi menu while supporting salad/cold and dessert prep. You will work with fresh seafood and follow Mission recipes to deliver high quality, beautifully presented dishes.
Responsibilities include maintaining stations, reading tickets, ensuring safety and sanitation, and collaborating with the kitchen team to provide an unforgettable guest experience. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
