Sales Associate Stretch Lab Beverly, MA
Hourly Pay: $16.25 + Uncapped Commission
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (some Saturdays optional). Must be available for at least 2 of these core shifts.

• As a Sales Associate, you are the first and lasting impression of the studio. From the first phone call to the first stretch, you’ll create an experience that converts curiosity into commitment.
• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to connect with leads and re-engage prospects
• Deliver dynamic, informative studio tours and intro stretch sessions
• Convert prospects into members by confidently selling memberships and stretch packages
• Address objections with empathy, knowledge, and a client-first mindset
• Promote and upsell retail and recovery-enhancing services

• Greet each client with warmth, energy, and professionalism
• Manage check-ins, scheduling, phone calls, and service recovery seamlessly
• Partner with Flexologists and managers to ensure studio operations run smoothly
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk and lobby
• Use Club Ready or similar CRM software to manage leads and follow-ups
• Represent Stretch Lab at local events, wellness fairs, and open houses
• Support social media and studio marketing campaigns
• Act as a brand ambassador in the community—every conversation is an opportunity

• Sales experience in a fitness, wellness, or service-based setting (gym, medspa, chiropractic, etc.)
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects
• Confident, persuasive communicator who believes in the product
• Organized, goal-oriented, and tech-savvy with CRM systems
• Emotionally intelligent and authentic in building connections
• Able to work at least 2 of the core weekday morning shifts, and open to occasional Saturdays
