Sales Associate Stretch Lab Beverly, MA
Hourly Pay: $16.25 + Uncapped Commission
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (some Saturdays optional). Must be available for at least 2 of these core shifts.

What You’ll Do- As a Sales Associate, you are the first and lasting impression of the studio. From the first phone call to the first stretch, you’ll create an experience that converts curiosity into commitment.
- Make 50+ outbound calls per day to connect with leads and re-engage prospects
- Deliver dynamic, informative studio tours and intro stretch sessions
- Convert prospects into members by confidently selling memberships and stretch packages
- Address objections with empathy, knowledge, and a client-first mindset
- Promote and upsell retail and recovery-enhancing services
- Greet each client with warmth, energy, and professionalism
- Manage check-ins, scheduling, phone calls, and service recovery seamlessly
- Partner with Flexologists and managers to ensure studio operations run smoothly
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk and lobby
- Use Club Ready or similar CRM software to manage leads and follow-ups
- Represent Stretch Lab at local events, wellness fairs, and open houses
- Support social media and studio marketing campaigns
- Act as a brand ambassador in the community—every conversation is an opportunity
- Sales experience in a fitness, wellness, or service-based setting (gym, medspa, chiropractic, etc.)
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects
- Confident, persuasive communicator who believes in the product
- Organized, goal-oriented, and tech-savvy with CRM systems
- Emotionally intelligent and authentic in building connections
- Able to work at least 2 of the core weekday morning shifts, and open to occasional Saturdays
