• Lead and guide a team of carpenters on custom home projects
• Execute framing and finish work with precision and pride
• Interpret and apply architectural plans, elevations, and details
• Maintain an orderly, safe, and respectful job site
• Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team
• Collaborate with Project Supervisors to keep timelines on track
• Uphold Covenant's high standards of quality and professionalism

• Several years of hands‑on carpentry experience (frame to finish)
• Strong layout skills: floors, walls, roofs, windows, and trim
• Ability to lead a team, manage materials, and make decisions in the field
• Comfort reading plan sets and solving problems on the fly
• Respectful, professional attitude toward clients and coworkers
• Familiarity with job site safety procedures and leadership in that area
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• $30 to $38 per hour, depending on experience
