• You'll work on beautiful, high‑end homes, not rushed flips or patch jobs
• You'll be part of a tight‑knit, purpose‑driven team that respects the trades
• You'll get consistent hours, no drama, and long‑term project flow
• You'll be trusted to do things right—no rushed, upsold, or micromanaged work

• Install and repair plumbing systems in custom homes and remodels
• Read blueprints and plumbing plans with precision
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, and supervisors to keep jobs moving
• Communicate with clients and inspectors in a professional, respectful way
• Uphold Massachusetts plumbing codes and Covenant's high standards
• Keep work spaces clean and organized
• Mentor apprentices and troubleshoot issues as they arise

• Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber license
• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience (custom homes a plus)
• A strong grasp of code, inspection standards, and quality installations
• A respectful, team‑first attitude and commitment to craftsmanship
• Clean, courteous work habits in clients' homes
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and operate in tight spaces
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• $30 to $40 per hour, depending on experience
• Full‑time, year‑round employment on steady custom builds
