Base Pay Range$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Key Responsibilities- Support carpenters in day‑to‑day tasks and anticipate their needs on site
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site — sweeping, trash removal, and tool organization
- Courteously interact with clients, coworkers, and subcontractors
- Take initiative to improve your carpentry knowledge and skillset
- Follow all company safety protocols, using proper PPE and reporting unsafe conditions
- A genuine interest in carpentry and residential construction
- Reliability, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors and indoors in varying conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and handle physical tasks throughout the day
- Respect for others and a desire to contribute to a values‑based team
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Full‑time position
- Competitive hourly range at $18 to $22, based on experience
