CNC Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire

Beverly, MA | $32-$38/Hour | Full-Time

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, lathes, mills, and related manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, machine drawings, and technical documentation.
• Support PLC, robotics, and automation-related maintenance activities.
• Assist with machine installations, upgrades, and equipment modifications.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance documentation.
• Maintain inventories of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Help develop annual maintenance budgets for parts, services, and training needs.
• Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns and implement lasting corrective actions.

• Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing CNC machines and industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
• Experience with motors, relays, contractors, breakers, transformers, and industrial electrical systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and automated production equipment is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize maintenance needs.
