Case Manager

NFI Massachusetts, Inc., a non-profit human services organization, is currently seeking a full-time Case Manager for its residential youth program located in Beverly, MA.

The Case Manager directly assists the clinicians with a variety of functions. This includes but is not limited to scheduling of treatment team meetings, communication with school districts and contact which includes family members and collateral case workers, case-coordination, documentation, data collection. The Case Manager also may support the residential staff in the milieu during activities or other aspects of the daily structure when requested.

• Support clinical and management staff with administrative tasks as assigned.
• Clinical case management; data entry and collateral communication for program youth
• Participate in day-to-day program structure including groups/activities when possible.
• Provide documentation for weekly TEAM meetings.
• Participate in community meetings.
• Available for crisis intervention and support in the milieu.
• Perform physical intervention in the event of a youth crisis.
• Perform all duties in accordance with the Agency’s policies and procedures.
• Support the administrative team with 24 hour on call coverage

• Experience with youth population required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• High energy level, superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.

$58,000 - $60,000
