• Keep our pools safe by enforcing rules and being rescue-ready.
• Monitor swim areas and support members with a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Provide engaging, high-quality swim lessons using the YUSA swim curriculum.
• Participate in paid training, shadowing, and ongoing development to succeed.

• A minimum age of 16 years
• Current certifications in:
  • Lifeguarding
  • CPR/AED
  • First Aid
  • Oxygen Administration
• OR a willingness to obtain certifications before starting (training opportunities may be available for the right candidate!)
• A calm, confident presence with strong attention to safety and detail
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Seeking availability for both weekday and weekend shifts.
