Material Handlers

Advantage Technical is hiring Material Handlers to join a cutting‑edge facility where climate control and advanced technology create an efficient and comfortable workplace. You'll be supporting warehouse operations alongside self‑guided vehicles and automated storage/retrieval systems—all while wearing company‑provided PPE to ensure your safety.

Pay: $22.00/hr

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday‑Friday ($22.00/hr)
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday‑Friday 22.00 Plus 10% shift differential
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday‑Friday 22.00 plus 15% shift differential and free food!

• Inspect deliveries for accuracy, damage, and compliance with standards
• Sort, label, and store materials in designated areas
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely
• Work with automated systems to improve warehouse efficiency
• Handle materials safely to prevent product damage
• Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits
• Collaborate with team members to hit daily productivity goals
• Participate in meetings and safety training sessions
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and safety‑conscious workspace

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly; heavier with assistance
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order accuracy
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout shifts in a physically active role
