Je zult zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijk zijn voor het begeleiden van hemodialyse- en PD-patiënten. Ook adviseer je zorgverleners en participeer je in kwaliteitsverbeterprojecten. Wij bieden een jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband, een goed salaris volgens CAO ziekenhuizen en een eindejaarsuitkering.
