Wyre Forest Health Partnership seeks a motivated and organised Neighbourhoods Group Coordinator and Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term basis with the possibility for extension. The role sits within our Neighbourhoods Team, central to community-based care which aims to support people earlier, closer to home and in line with their needs.
