Payroll Administrator

Planwell Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join an expanding payroll team based in Erith.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Payroll Administrator to support a busy and growing payroll department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous payroll experience who is confident working with figures, banking systems and payroll software.

• Processing payroll accurately and efficiently
• Managing payroll administration and employee records
• Handling banking and payment processes
• Using Xero and other payroll/accounting systems
• Checking figures and resolving payroll discrepancies
• Supporting the wider payroll team with day-to-day administration
• Ensuring deadlines are consistently met

• Previous payroll experience is essential
• Experience using Xero and/or similar payroll/accounting systems
• Good understanding of banking and payment processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident with numbers and computer systems
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Pay: £14.00 per hour
