This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of high-profile projects, delivering expert surveying advice and building consultancy solutions.

About the Role:

* Lead and manage building surveying projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.

* Provide technical guidance on refurbishment, defect investigation, condition surveys, and compliance issues.

* Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and tender documentation.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

* Mentor and support junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

Candidate Requirements:

* Chartered or near-chartered status (RICS) with extensive building surveying experience.

* Proven experience in managing complex projects and delivering high-quality outcomes.

* Strong knowledge of construction, legislation, and current industry standards.

* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

* Client-focused, professional, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently or within a team.
