About the Role

As a Year 2 teacher, you will:

Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that support the progress of all pupils.
Take full responsibility for planning, teaching, and assessment.
Create a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
Monitor and support children's individual needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

Person Specification

We are looking for someone who:

Is Qualified:
Holds QTS and has experience or training in primary education (experience teaching Year 2 or Key Stage 1 preferred but not essential).
Is Passionate:
Demonstrates a love for teaching and a commitment to the progress and well-being of pupils.
Is Collaborative:
Enjoys working as part of a supportive and proactive team.
Is Organized:
Can effectively plan and manage classroom responsibilities.
Is Creative:
Brings fresh ideas and energy to lessons, inspiring young minds.
