• Manage the school's financial operations including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, payroll and staff development
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding and statutory regulations
• Develop and implement policies to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate closely with the Headteacher and Governors to support strategic planning

• Proven experience as a School Business Manager or in a senior school administration role
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets in an educational setting
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work proactively and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Understanding of independent school structures and Ofsted-related compliance
