The Role | SENDCo:
Lead and develop SEND provision across the school, ensuring statutory compliance and best practice. Support teaching staff in planning, adapting, and delivering targeted interventions for pupils with SEN. Monitor and assess the progress of pupils with additional needs, including those with EHCPs. Collaborate with parents, external agencies, and the senior leadership team to support pupils holistic development. Contribute to whole-school initiatives, ensuring inclusion is central to teaching and learning.
