This is a 4‑day‑per‑week position teaching a settled and engaged Year 4 class
. You will be responsible for delivering inspiring lessons, maintaining high expectations, and helping pupils make excellent progress as they continue their Key Stage 2 journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons across the Year 4 curriculum.
• Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress to ensure every child reaches their potential.
• Supporting the academic and personal development of all learners.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
• Contributing to the broader life and ethos of the school.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (applications from ECTs are also welcome).
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Be passionate about delivering high‑quality teaching and learning.
• Have high expectations for pupil achievement and personal development.
• Be an enthusiastic, reflective, and dedicated practitioner who enjoys working as part of a team.
