Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for your next opportunity within a large-scale FMCG manufacturing environment?
ATA Recruitment are currently working with a well-established, market-leading food manufacturing business with multiple sites across the UK. Due to continued investment and growth within the business, they are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their Engineering team.
The RoleAs a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving a high-volume production facility, ensuring machinery and equipment remain operational and production downtime is kept to a minimum.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reactive and Planned Maintenance
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- Diagnosing faults on production machinery and equipment
- Minimising machinery downtime and improving equipment reliability
- Supporting continuous improvement and engineering projects
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records
- Working safely and in line with site procedures
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Experience with planned and reactive maintenance
- A proactive approach to fault finding and problem solving
- The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced production environment
- £52,500+ salary
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern – Days & Nights – Half a year off!
