At Nellsar, we believe that exceptional dementia care comes from people who truly care, who stay curious, and who are always finding new ways to connect with others. If that sounds like you, we would love to welcome you into our team.
Our Care Homes operate 24 hours a day, and so does the opportunity to learn. We’re looking for someone who can bring warmth, creativity, and genuine passion into dementia education, meeting teams where they are, whether that’s during the morning rush, a calm afternoon, or a busy night shift.
About the RoleAs our Senior Dementia Trainer, you’ll help shape the way dementia care is understood and delivered across our 13 family‑run homes. Your role is about more than training, it’s about inspiring confidence, sharing best practice, and supporting teams in real moments.
