Following significant growth, we've expanded to a team of 70+ people and invested in additional facilities to support our state-of-the-art testing and assembly operations. Now, we're looking for a skilled and detail-driven Soldering & Assembly Technician to join our production team.

The Role This is a hands-on, bench-based position where precision, care, and pride in your work matter. You'll be assembling high-quality lighting products to customer specifications, often managing multiple works orders  kits and components will be delivered directly to your workstation - your focus is on building, testing, and ensuring flawless quality. You'll report to the Production Manager, with day-to-day guidance from a Production Team Leader.
