Field Sales Executive – Entry Level (No Experience Required)

Full Time

£24,000 basic + 20% bonus (OTE £28,800) | Company van | Mon–Fri

Territory:
Bexleyheath, Gravesend, Orpington, Greenwich, Dartford, Lewisham and surrounds

Looking to start a career in sales, FMCG or field marketing? This is a hands‑on, entry‑level Field Sales role working with two major household brands – Haribo and Molson Coors – through Powerforce, a multi‑award‑winning field marketing agency. You don’t need previous sales experience. Full training, coaching and support are provided – we’re looking for attitude, potential and drive. Important Driving Requirement:
This role includes a company manual van. You must hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months. (Automatic‑only licences cannot be considered.)

• Relationship Building – Be the main point of contact for store owners and staff
• Sales & Visibility – Promote products, build displays and increase brand presence
• Retail Execution – Support availability, stock levels and in‑store engagement
• Team Collaboration – Share best practice and learn alongside a supportive team

This is a practical, people‑focused role where you learn by doing.

• A graduate or school leaver
• Looking for your first role in sales, FMCG or field marketing
• A career starter or changer wanting a practical, customer‑facing role

• No sales experience required – we hire for potential
• Confident communicator with good people skills
• Organised, proactive and keen to learn
• Interested in building a long‑term career in sales or FMCG
• Full UK manual driving licence held for 12+ months (essential)

• OTE up to £28,800 (£24,000 basic + 20% bonus)
