The Senior Practitioner role in the Families First;
Family Help Service will manage the most complex children and families requiring statutory intervention, providing professional leadership, safeguarding advice and practice oversight to secure better outcomes for children in Bexley.
You will mentor and coach practitioners, champion Signs of Safety, trauma-informed practice and motivational interviewing while contributing to quality assurance, service development and safeguarding compliance
