About The Role
To buildpositive, supportive, and respectful relationships with familiesinorder to help support childreninneedofhelporprotection.
Where possible,youwillhelpsupportfamiliestoraisetheir childrensafelywithintheirfamilynetworkbysupportingandaugmentingtheirsupportnetwork. Wherethisis not possible, alternate plans will needto be exploredandimplementedto help ensurechildrengrowupinsafe,nurturing,andhappyhomesthatachievelongtermpermanence.
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to be office based at least 3 days a week.
